I went ahead and purchased this because of the abundance of features. You need to read the manual carefully because it is somewhat difficult to follow. The actual procedures for setup are actually pretty straight forward. It took me a couple try's the first time, then seconds for the subsequent sensors. This is top of the line 2008 tech, if you are expecting features and polish from today's gen products, you may be a bit disappointed.

I purchased a different brand cadence sensor for about half the price of the VDO one. The computer is ANT+ compatible and you can go to the ANT+ website to find compatible cadence sensors.

For the money you get ANT+ compatible sensors (HR and Speed) and the computer. Shop around and you won't even get the sensors for this price. Down the road you may opt for a more expensive GPS enabled computer that also supports ANT+ and you can save money by on purchasing the computer only.

Overall I'm happy with it. Of course I haven't had it very long.
