I bought this jacket for my backpacking trip to Korea/Japan last December. It is lightweight, insulated, compact, wind-resistant, and water-repellent. I used this jacket as an outer layer and it kept me warm, cool, and dry for the entire trip. It went through a snowstorm (with a fleece mid-layer) to rainy warm (18c) conditions. The jacket is snug, flexible, and feels great! The small fits, with room for layering.
