I bought these shoes about a year ago as a beginner runner (15-20 miles/per week)...and have run in them mostly for training, 5K and 5-mile courses. Most of my running is on pavement/tracks. I have a history of plantar fasciatis and intermittent outer foot pain. These shoes have been wonderful and my foot feels fully supported, with plenty of room in the toe box and no rubbing/chafing around the ankles. I have not had any foot pain or difficulty. They are comfortable and light weight. It was recommended that I replace them after about 500 miles of running. I will be replacing them with the same shoe. I recommend them for the beginner/intermediate runner or if you just want shoe that provides you with good arch support.
