We recently purchased our Bongo Board through PRO THERAPY SUPPLIES (an Amazon provider). However, the actual product shipped was not the one as advertised on Amazon. We called and spoke with a representative from Pro Therapy Supplies and not only was she apologetic but also VERY helpful in the return and replacement of the product with the correctly advertised Bongo Board. Our 11 year old daughter loves the board as it helps her gain strength and coordination, especially for dance classes. We are very pleased!
