Had the ab coaster 500, but the lower rollers wore out in one week. So I thought we would give the ab flyer a try. It was smooth,with less moving parts that touch each other. But it takes allot more reps to get to the core of your abs, and it was painful on my lower back as well as my wifes. We do a 45 minute work out every morning in our home gym, so its not like we just statred either. The resitance knobs also came loose pretty easy so you are messing with those allot as well.The cheesy pin tab that locks in the knee pad was also bent right out of the box,so that was a safety concern also. We returned the ab flyerto Amazon and spent more money on the Ab Coaster 750 model. Its great and has better rollers and stainless steel frame tubes for less wear and tear.
