I bought this PFD first a size too big, and returned it for the right size. Now that i have the right size, perhaps this PFD style isn't for me. I would be using it for kayaking, but just from wearing it around the house and moving my arms in a motion similar to that of paddling in a kayak, the pockets, although convenient are a tad too bulky and too close to the sides and the inside of my arms rub against them. I imagine after a whole day or even a couple hours on the water, i'd have serious rawness going on.

The jacket is great quality, i just feel like the placement of the pockets can be better designed, and the PFD itself is a bit bulkier than i would personally like. Again, perhaps this style just isn't a good fit for me, but it is a great quality PFD and i would recommend it based on that.
