Product Feature
- Tri Strut TR3 Composite Barrel ? Tri Strut TR3 Composite provides strength, stability and consistent performance through triangular formations at the molecular level. TR3 creates a very strong and responsive barrel without any unnecessary weight.
- DoubleWall Barrel Construction ? Two independent walls create a dynamic springboard hitting surface giving you a sweet spot with ball-popping trampoline effect.
- Geo Endcap ? The dual density internal cap is full of load balancing triangles. It?s designed to maintain the stiffness of the barrel while dampening impact vibration to give you amazing feel, shot after shot.
- The CF5 -11 is for Little League and leagues requiring a 2 1/4" barrel.
- Tri Strut TR3 Handle? It?s the tightest/strongest composite DeMarini have developed. Gaining strength through triangular formations at the molecular level it efficiently transitions power from your hands to the barrel giving you balance and consistency.
DeMarini CF5 -11 Youth League Baseball Bat with a 2 1/4-Inch Barrel (20-Ounce, 31-Inch) Review
The bat is much like the CF4 (including the drop) except for apparant better technology in the core. My son had been borrowing a CF4 for the entire season and was hitting better than he had been with his 2009 DiMarini Vendetta, which of course is not a full composite bat. We considered purchasing a CF4, but he really liked the look of the CF5. The bat required the usual break in recommended by the manufacturer, but other than that my son loves it and is hitting as well as he was with the CF4.Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "DeMarini CF5 -11 Youth League Baseball Bat with a 2 1/4-Inch Barrel (20-Ounce, 31-Inch)" are high quality item.
