Marinco Batter Charger 2607 Marine Review

This charger works great. I have dual batteries and it keeps them charged but never overcharges them. It extended the battery life by at least a year and maybe more as they are still going strong. Highly recommended. Easy to install. I do wish the leads had been a little longer but it may be my fault for choosing a location a little far from the battery banks.

Callaway Men's Mack Daddy 2 Wedge (Slate Finish), Left Hand, Steel, 60-Degree, 4-PW, Custom Sole C-Grind, Regular Review

Being a lifetime hacker (22 hcp), I was reluctant to spend a lot of money on a wedge, but I was in need of one desperately. My short game is usually my downfall so I researched and found the Callaway Mack Daddy 2. I chose to go with the 60 degree "C" grind due to the fact that I love to hit flop shots as well as standard chips, pitches, approaches, etc. Check out the videos on callaway's website for more info on which grind is best for you.

The wedge comes in a matte chrome or slate finish. I chose to go with the slate finish as I liked the darker look and thought I would like the oxidation look as well. Looking back I think I would likely have chosen the chrome finish as it requires less maintenance. The slate finish will rust and require you to scrub off the rust as time goes by. Callaway recommends you keep a small patch of Scotch-Brite Purple in your bag for scrubbing it off. A lubricant cleaner can also be used to help keep the rust off the finish.

The handling of this wedge is amazing. As I said, my short game has sucked, partly because I haven't put enough time in and partly because my wedge always was a hand-me-down. After getting this wedge and practicing with it quite a bit I'm in love. I usually use hard covered balls because I hate losing a nice soft covered ball. Even with using a hard covered ball I'm able to get some pretty good backspin on the ball when pitching or approaching the green. Flop shots are incredibly easy with this wedge thanks to the "C" grind and I've improved nearly every aspect of my short game in part to this club.

The groves are the highest degree allowed by the USGA and the laser etched pattern really helps put extra spin on the ball.

Overall I love this club immensely. It gives you great control of the ball with whatever shot you are trying to hit. I'm planning on picking up a 52 or 54 degree wedge as well, in the future. Excellent club, can't recommend it enough!

This is one of the best soft sided, rolling, bags I've seen and used. Huge capacity. Very durable. Great features. Stiff underside for support and protection. Strong handles. Strong durable canvas nylon like material. Probably not waterproof but close enough...water resistant though. Huge inside. Three compartment. Big center with a small side at each end. Strong handle. Been around the world and it still looks and functions like new. Zippers are durable and strong. Nothiing but good things to say.

Amazon had super fast shipping. Would have been free if had the time but got it over-nighted...actually got two of them over-nighted and they arrived as promised. Amazon had the best price and even with over-night shipping still cheaper than other websites. My local surf shop didnt stock this bag or even one close to it otherwise they might have been cheaper because of the extra shipping I had to pay.
