The material for this jersey is soft wool. It has a nice feel and is especially comfortable on cool days. On warm days it's noticeably warmer than my jersey made from synthetic material, but it's not oppressive. I wear it for my commute to work. It's not a long ride, but I ride hard enough to sweat. The shirt hangs by the office door all day and it doesn't stink. I wear it two days in a row, and it still doesn't stink like the synthetics. I prefer bright colors that stand out in traffic, but this is a relatively subdued yellow. I decided I liked it well enough to get three more. Red Yellow Blue Green, the full Wiggles ensemble, and none of them are real traffic attention-getters.

Right after the order came in for the last two shirts, I noticed that on the original yellow jersey, after a dozen washes or so, there were holes in the material on the center back pocket. That's where I stow my phone when I ride to work. The phone doesn't have sharp edges, so I guess it's just the weight of it that pulled the material apart. These aren't cheap jerseys and that shouldn't happen, but if I had to buy another jersey I might get another of these anyway because I can't go back to stinky.
