Serenity was developed at the request of commumity bicycle rental programs throughout the world. Serenity is a system using a unique polymer insert inside of the tire that has no air inside. The insert is fine tuned to feel like a standard pneumatic tire with 70psi of air pressure in it. It provides a very comfortable ride with great shock absorption. The tire can never go flat and needs no maintenance.The lifetime of the tire is approximately 8,000 miles and then the tread will need to be replaced. Serenity is impervoious to nails, glass and anything else you can throw at it.
