This is my first wet suit, so I don't have much to compare it to, and I've only used it twice so far, so I will come back to update occasionally.Fits great -- I am a slim female, 6'1" 165 lbs, and a men's Medium Tall fits great. It is also very easy to get into and out of because the top stretches wide open.
Here in San Diego, I do ocean SWIMMING, not surfing, and I have to say that this suit really provides GREAT shoulder range of motion. It is very stretchy, just like it says it is. No seams along the shoulders.
This suit is cheaper than the newer lines of wet suits from EXCEL. The main reason being that most of the seams are stitched instead of glued.
XCEL's site says this suit is a great "entry to mid-level suit" ... seems right on par so far!
