This one is worth the extra money to go from the speed spool to this one. I bought the speed spool and got a defected one (can happen to any reel). Sent it back and upgraded to the tourney spool. Slick. Good as a Revo Premere or Revo SKT. All of these are great, but the Lew's did not set me back $300! Within 3 cast it was tuned in. I went with one of the pros on Guntersville lake and he had one of these on his deck for a crank bait rig. Can toss a DD22 a country mile! Good enough for him fishing every day, it is good enough for me!!

I knew the reel would cast the DD22's but was worried what would happen with a RC1.5 or comparable small crank. It worked better than I expected. I can cast a long, long ways into the wind and not blow up too bad. Easy adjustments on this one.
