Perfect fit, great support. I use these for Dog Agility. Running in dirt, grass, lots of turns and spins, gives me great footing. Regular sneakers I slide in the dirt and on grass, with these shoes I have great traction and most important my knees don't hurt anymore ( I am 53 years old). Must have for Dog agility people!
