We have used a set for a few practices and there are no indications of problems. We don't use metal cleats so no experience there. These are not "break away" so be careful when doing sliding drills.

These bases have fit the base plugs for all the fields that we practice at so far. They seem to be "standard" sized.

We have another set that have held up to a club team of regular use. I would recommend a drop of lock-tite on the pin bolts just to be sure they don't come loose.

I would recommend these to any other coach.
