We always had to merge two different sets of chips so I wanted to buy a big set of my own. I also opted for the heavier weight, not realizing that 1000 13 gram chips weighs nearly 50 lbs. Might have been better to go with two 500 sets.

These are good chips though. They aren't very shiny or flashy but I like that. They aren't sharply painted either, but the blue-collar feel appeals to me.

I'm very satisfied with the set though and recommend them. Just be aware that its quite heavy. I hope the handle doesn't wear out.
