These pads are well constructed and in my opinion really make my paddle board look sharp. Look up what the Rasta colors mean and you will impress the woman paddler on the trip with you. They stick to the board and after 10 trips, I have not had the slighted bit of trouble with them coming up from the board. I used a little laser site tool positioned right down the middle of the board to help them line up perfectly.
