The Abdonimal Board Crunch Bench DF 6000 is a beautiful bench. It took more than 45 minutes to assemble and I had many bolts and other mechanisims left over. It does have several positions ranging from easy to very difficult. My problem with this bench was that it does not fold for storage. It is very heavy (45 lbs) and not easy to move around. I had no other alternative but to return this item.
