I ordered the Thetford Porta Potti 550P MSD Portable Toilet (92856)which was distributed through Atlantic Boat Supply. I was not able to keep the product due to it not matching part of the description "rotating pour-out spout", which made the toilet completely unusable for camping. I was told by Atlantic Boat Supply that I actually needed to order number 92853 if I wanted the pour spout. Due to the description not matching the product I asked Atlantic Boat Supply for a return with complete refund. Both Atlantic Boat Supply and Amazon were extremely responsive and I was able to get my full refund. I decided against trying to re-order as I wanted to see if I can find it in a store so I can actually see the item to be sure it has the part I need. While I didn't end up with the product I wanted, Amazon and Atlantic Boat Supply made the return of the product completely painless and with no frustration.
