MSR Flex 3 System Cookset Review

Took this on a trip to the cabin in winter. Packed away very nicely, love the way the lid latches to hold it all in. Only gets 4 stars because for the price should have included a ditty bag to put it in and keep it from getting scratched up on outside. I love that the lid is metal so it won't melt like some of the GSI kits (my neighbor had this problem with her GSI cookset).

The larger pot cooked a big mess of pasta for 4 people. I wish I had bought the frying pan the same time but will have to purchase it later.

One reviewer said the plates could be torn apart? Maybe if The Hulk did it. They seem plenty sturdy.

Forgot to add that I used these on the whisperlite international stove. Which recommends a pot no larger than about 8" across. I chose the cookset for three people because the large pot is just a tiny bit over 8" so it worked well on my stove.
