I use this at least twice a week and love it. I take it paddling as well as hiking.

It has a good reservoir, lots of pockets and storage for phones, gels, sun cream etc. It has good adjustability and is easy to use.

Plus it is well made.

You have to wear a layer underneath though otherwise it will rub your chest and not in a good way.
