I bought a NordicTrack Commercial 1500 Treadmill a few years ago from Costco after reading a good review on Treadmill Doctor. It's been a great product and now has several hundred miles on it. Recently, the treadmill belt started slipping while I was running - it would slip forward when my feet would hit - so I took the front hood off and saw where the pulley on the front roller had slid over and allowed the belt from the motor to slip off. The pulley was plastic and is not available separately. You have to buy a whole new roller with a new pulley attached. Fortunately, I found them here on Amazon and the seller was also Treadmill Doctor. The price here was cheaper than NordicTrack's and it included free shipping. The new roller arrived in 1 day and the new pulley is now metal. Much better. A quick change out and my treadmill was back in service.
